This is how you build a body you feel confident in and out of your clothes.
You'll learn how to properly fuel your body so you have energy, clarity, and a clear plan to execute your strength + composition goals.
You’ll understand how to make confident food choices instead of guessing or starting over every Monday.
You can build results without cutting out the things you love (Desserts, date nights + Family dinners!)
Macros will be assigned in week one so you have a clear starting point and structure from day one.
Accountability check ins will continue through months two and three so you know you’re staying on track and making progress instead of guessing.

How long is it?

Can I do it at home?
Yes, We will have at home options for you!
How many workouts per week?
4 lifting days (about 45-50 minutes long)
What equipment do I need?
Gym access is preferred! At home you will need dumbbells, bench + bands.
What happens if I miss a week or go out of town?
You will have group access for 2 weeks post finish date. So you have flexibility to finish as life happens!
What kind of nutrition support is included?
Personalized Macro count + 2 check ins for adjustments, Laceyufit Macro Guide, recipes, weekly education including mindset work, how to go out to eat, how to track and more.
Do I need to live in Arizona to participate?
No. This is fully online group coaching. As long as you have access to a gym or basic at home equipment and a phone, you’re good to go. The entire program runs through an app, so you can follow your workouts, track your progress, and stay connected from anywhere.
Location does not matter. Commitment does.
